LEAD GENERATOR

By filling out these forms, every new lead will enter HubSpot automatically rather than manually. Each team member will receive a notification in the Leadrouting channel on Microsoft Teams and will see the lead in the HubSpot dashboard. In the case of New Business, the owner must be assigned manually.

Legend:
  • Inbound sales: leads (both existing and new business) generated via phone or email by a prospect
  • Events: leads (both existing and new business) generated at trade shows (but also conferences, roadshows, etc.)
  • Customer Service: inquiries and demos (only Existing Business) received by Customer Service
  • Direct Field Sales: leads (both existing and new business) generated by sales team members
  • Outbound: leads (only new business) generated through cold calling and emailing
